	Explorer Program
	Explorer Member Application [ 14 KB ] ATTENTION persons between the ages of 14 and 17 who would like to became an explorer member of our department. Please print out this application, have your parent or guardian sign it, and bring it to a BLFPD officers' meeting on any 4th Monday of the month at 7:30pm to be considered for membership. ***The board of line officers governs the explorer program and reserves all right to accept or deny any explorer applicant if they feel it is necessary.
	Explorer Program By-Laws [ 24 KB ] These laws govern the explorer portion of the BLFPD.

	Firefighter Applicants
	Firefighter Application [ 15 KB ] ATTENTION any individual 18 years of age or older who wishes to become a member of the BLFPD. Please complete this application and bring it to an officers' meeting on any 4th Monday of the month at 7:30pm at the fire station to be considered for membership. ***The board of line officers reserves all right to accept or deny any applicant if they feel it is necessary.
